Fanzine Drawing by Frank Frazetta

This accompanied a great interview in the fanzine Infinity Two.  I don't know if it has a title, and I'm not feeling my creative oats, but here tiz.  Interesting note--the axe head is as big as a shield or either man's chest

Wolverine "Smoke'em If Ya Got'em" by Todd McFarlane

This portrait reminded me of a coffee shop a buddy and I passed the other night.  "Why is the coffee shop so crowded, and at night?," he asked me.  As I looked over, we both said, "Oooohhh...recreational mary jane!"  What a co-winky on the co-inky, since Todd also drew Mary Jane (from Spiderman) back in the day

Mommas, Don't Let Yer Babies Grow Up To Be Batboys

Batman by Berni Wrightson and Paul Gulacy.  The ears are a little longer, the chests a little stronger

The Warrior of Llarn by Frank Frazetta

I know this is up on da blog (and all over the net) but exsqueeze me, I don't believe it's been presented properly.  Still hasn't, since this blurs out as we embiggen, but the paperback turns fifty soon, and I doubt we can ever see it better.  Heavy sigh, since it's one of the most unique Frazettas (very un-Fritz like) that I've ever seen

Nolan the Barbarian by Dennis Fujitake

Just scrolled through my numerous posts on Fujitake, and found I had forgotten this, a great parody of Conan by three island homeboys that shows off Dennis at the height of his fanboy artistry.  Sweet.  I am not only grateful to Steve Ditko for Spiderman, the New Blue Beetle, The Creeper, and the incredible Warren Washes, but also for his wonderful influence on a young Dennis Fujitake
